1. Approve Regulations on licensing of production of forms of securities according to appendix.

2. To Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring the existing departmental regulations into accord with requirements of this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mullazhanov F. M.

Regulations on licensing of production of forms of securities

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of production of forms of securities.

2. Licensing of production of forms of securities is performed by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the licensing body).

3. Legal entities the printing companies or the companies having printing production can be license applicants.

4. The license for the right of production of forms of securities is granted for a period of 5 years.

5. Licensed requirements and conditions of implementation of production of forms of securities are:
