1. Approve Standard regulations on the Commission on consideration of administrative change requests of some data in INIS - EKNA according to appendix to this order.

Repeal the order of the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2006 No. 407 "About creation of the Commission on consideration of requests of bodies of Tax Service for administrative change of some data in the information system "Electronic Control of Tax Audit".

3. To managerial control of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Streltsov N. V.) to bring this order to tax departments on areas, Astana and Almaty.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
