1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations of the state service "Documents Acceptance for Participation in Tender on Award of Educational Grants on Receipt of the Higher Education" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations of the state service "Documents Acceptance and Transfer in Higher Educational Institutions for Training in Educational Programs of Higher Education" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Regulations of the state service "Acceptance and Transfer in Higher Educational Institutions for Training in Educational Programs of Postgraduate Education" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To department of the higher and postgraduate education (Zhakypova F. N.):

To provide 1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after passing of state registration to publish this order in mass media.
