About approval of Changes to the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and on accomplishment of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 9, 2012 No. 209-r "About measures for settlement of situation with the organization of rail freight transportation" I ORDER to No. 1548:

1. Approve Changes to the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 for No. 340/16356 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:

2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
