1. Recognize invalid orders of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine:

of November 04, 2004 No. 798 "About approval of the Instruction about determination of operations procedure of officials of the State Border Service of Ukraine during expulsion out of limits of Ukraine the foreigners and persons without citizenship detained within controlled frontier areas in attempt or after illegal crossing of frontier to Ukraine", No. 1499/10098 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2004;

of August 31, 2006 No. 650 "About introduction of amendments to the order of Administration of State frontier service of Ukraine of 04.11.2004 No. 798", No. 1066/12940 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 21, 2006.

2. To management on work with foreigners, inquiry and administrative production of Department of protection of frontier of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
