1. Approve the Instruction about determination of operations procedure of officials of the State Border Service of Ukraine during expulsion out of limits of Ukraine of the foreigners and persons without citizenship detained in borders of controlled frontier areas in attempt or after illegal crossing of frontier to Ukraine it (is applied).
2. To management of regional governments, bodies of protection of frontier and Sea protection, National academy of the State Border Service of Ukraine to plan and hold complex of organizational and practical events for studying and fulfillment of requirements of the mentioned Instruction.
