1. Approve:

Rules of physical examination and observation on detection of infection with human immunodeficiency virus (disease AIDS) (appendix 1);

The list and codes of persons inspected on markers of HIV 1/2 (appendix 2);

The instruction for consultation and inspection on HIV infection at the initiative of health workers (appendix 3).

2. To heads of republican, local and district public medical and sanitary government offices, Directorate of health care of Chisinau local government board, Directorate of health care and social protection of ATO Gagauzia, public health department of primeriya of municipium of Belts, to chief physicians of the municipal and district centers of public health:

1) to accept to management and execution of the Rule of physical examination and observation on detection of infection with human immunodeficiency virus (disease AIDS);

2) to develop and implement rules on maintaining confidentiality of medical information of individual nature in each organization according to the current legislation.

3. To the national center of public health (Mr. I. Bakhnarel), to public medical and sanitary organization to hospital of dermatological and sociable diseases (Mr. Yulian Oltu) to ensure organizational and methodical and practical functioning on implementation of Rules.

4. To provide to the chief state health officers of the centers of public health of municipiums and areas supervision and control over the implementation of requirements of these rules.
