These rules of carrying out sea scientific research (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 49) of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" and determine procedure for carrying out sea scientific research in the Kazakhstan part of the Caspian and Aral seas.
2. Sea scientific research is conducted for the purpose of studying of influence of transactions on subsurface use at the sea and their effects on the environment and biological diversity.
