About some questions of licensing of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
