Rules of the organization of the centralized biddings are developed by electrical energy (further - Rules) according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for the organization of the centralized biddings by electrical energy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. For the purposes of these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the agreement of participation in the market of centralized trade by electrical energy - the written agreement signed between the subject of the wholesale market of electrical energy and the operator of the market of centralized trade by electrical energy about participation in centralized trade by electrical energy;
