1. Approve the enclosed Actions plan for 2012 - 2020 on realization of the available reserves of growth of economy of the regions included in regional plans of actions (further - the Plan).
2. Provide to the central and local executive bodies inclusion of actions of the Plan in the existing state, industry programs and development programs of the territories.
3. To provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan coordination of accomplishment of the Plan.
4. Provide to responsible central and local executive bodies implementation of actions, provided by the Plan and represent annually by January 15 and on July 15 to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the course of its accomplishment.
5. Annually by January 25 and on July 25 to represent to the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the course of accomplishment of the Plan.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
