About approval of Regulations of rendering the state service "Issue of Duplicates of Education Documents"

According to item 4 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed regulations of rendering the state service "Issue of Duplicates of Education Documents".

2. To department of the higher and postgraduate education (Zhakypova F. N.):

To provide 1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after passing of state registration to publish this order in mass media.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister M. Orunkhanov.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
