About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning deregulation of economic activity on work on land management and zemleotsenochny works

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine edomost of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002 No. 3-4, of the Art. 27):

1) in the paragraph the second part seven of Article 118 of the word "persons having the corresponding permissions (licenses) for accomplishment of these work types" shall be replaced with words "subjects of managing which are contractors on land management under the law";

"The state and other land management organizations" shall be replaced with words 2) in part one of Article 185 of the word "subjects of managing which are contractors on land management under the law".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About land and cartographic activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999 No. 5-6, of Art. 46; 2003 No. 27, Art. 209 No. 30, Art. 247; 2006 No. 22, Art. 184, Art. 199; 2010 No. 18, Art. 136; 2011 No. 11, Art. 69):

In paragraph six of Article 5 of the word "according to this Law and other regulatory legal acts" shall be replaced with words 1) "which own necessary technical and technological support, incorporate the certified surveying engineer or the certified engineer land surveyor";

To add 2) with Articles 5-1 and 5-2 of such content:

"Article 5-1. Professional training and staffing in the field of land and cartographic activities

The citizens having vocational higher education, who received qualification of the surveying engineer or engineer land surveyor, passed qualification examination and received the certificate according to requirements of this Article can be engaged in professional land activity.

The person limited in capacity to act or recognized incapacitated by a court decision cannot be the certified surveying engineer.
