About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2005 No. 5

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2005 No. 5 "About approval of the sizes of insurance payments under agreements of the international compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 2, Art. 85; 2007, No. 66, the Art. 2554) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since November 5, 2012.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2005 No. 5

1. In the resolution:

to state the name of the resolution in such edition: "About approval of the maximum sizes of insurance payments under agreements of the international compulsory insurance of civil-law responsibility of owners of land vehicles";

state Item 1 in such edition:

"1. Establish the maximum sizes of insurance payments within which the Motor (transport) insurance bureau establishes the single sizes of insurance payments, obligatory for the complete members, under agreements of the international compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles, according to appendix."

2. In appendix to the resolution:

to state the name of appendix in such edition: "The MAXIMUM SIZES of insurance payments within which the Motor (transport) insurance bureau establishes the single sizes of insurance payments, obligatory for the complete members, under agreements of the international compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles";
