About modification of pricing Bases in the field of organization activity of utility complex

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the pricing Bases in the field of organization activity of utility complex approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2008 No. 520 "About bases of pricing and procedure for regulation of rates, allowances and limiting indexes in the field of organization activity of utility complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 29, Art. 3518; 2009, No. 38, Art. 4502; 2011, No. 24, Art. 3501).

2. Determine that for the purpose of establishment of rates for hot water for 2013:

a) the documents specified in Item 3 of Regulations of the rates, allowances and limiting indexes in the field of organization activity of utility complex approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2008 No. 520, are represented to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of rates and allowances till December 1, 2012;

b) executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of rates and allowances have the right to request additional materials, having specified form of their representation and the requirement to them, and the organizations which filed petition for establishment of rates shall submit them within 5-day term from the date of receipt of request.

3. To the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation:
