About inventories concerning which the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union are established
According to the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Inventory concerning which since January 1, 2012 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 N 865 "About the Inventory concerning which since January 1, 2012 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union", changes according to appendix are established are established.
2. Approve the Inventory concerning which for the period till December 31, 2012 the additional tariff quotas are inclusive established and also amounts of the additional tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union it (is applied).
3. Determine that the additional tariff quotas specified in the List approved by this Decision (further - the additional tariff quotas), are applied to the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on single customs area of the Customs union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.
4. Ask the Russian Federation:
perform distribution of amounts of the additional tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
charge to authorized bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of licenses for commodity importation concerning which the additional tariff quotas are established.
5. This Decision becomes effective on December 7, 2012.
