About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 2, 2006 No. 496 "About approval of the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 2, 2006 No. 496 "About approval of the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 21, the Art. 204) the following changes and amendments:

in the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship approved by the specified resolution:

to state part one of Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Organizational technical supply carries out works of advisory council working body of advisory council which according to the decision of state body the relevant structural division is.";

add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. In case of non-presentation of the expert opinion on the project of regulatory legal act in time established by state body according to part three of Item 7 of this provision, the project of regulatory legal act it is considered approved without notes.";

exclude Item 8;

state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. Consideration of the project of regulatory legal act by advisory council can be performed without holding meeting by its mailing to members of advisory council.

By results of consideration the protocol in form, according to appendix to this Provision which is signed by the chairman of advisory council is constituted.

This protocol goes to members of advisory council and is the annex to the project of regulatory legal act.";

to state part one of Item 14 in the following edition:
