About approval of structure and extreme number of the National center for fight against corruption
Based on part (3) article 7 of the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002
The parliament accepts this resolution.
Art. 1. - Approve:
structure of central office of the National center for fight against corruption according to appendix 1;
territorial subdivisions of the National center for fight against corruption according to appendix 2;
location and the territory of activities of divisions of the National center for fight against corruption according to appendix 3.
Art. 2. - Establish the extreme number of personnel of the National center for fight against corruption in number of 350 units, including personnel of maintenance in number of 6 units.
Art. 3. - To the director to determine the internal organization of the National center for fight against corruption according to the approved structure.
Art. 4. - To grant to the national center for fight against corruption the right to claim and on circumstances to change the staff list of central office and territorial subdivisions of the center within the salary fund and the established extreme number.
Art. 5. - This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance.
