Changes which are made to Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES

1. Add with Items 29 (1) - 29(3) following contents:

"29(1). In case of introduction of high alert or emergency situation depending on the factors influencing health and safety of the population and demanding acceptance of additional measures for protection of the population and the territories from emergency situation according to Items 3 and 4 of article 4.1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Population and the Territories against Emergency Situations of Natural and Technogenic Nature" one of the following levels of response to emergency situation is established (further - reaction level):

object level of reaction;

local level of reaction;

regional (intermunicipal) level of reaction;

federal level of reaction;

special level of reaction.
