About approval of Regulations of processing by ionizing radiation of products of different origin
For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (2) Articles 4, Articles 6, 43 and 72 Laws No. 10-XVI of February 3, 2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), Articles 5, 6, 12, 14 and 24 Laws No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 on foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 83-87, of the Art. 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, Articles 6, 12 and 14 Laws No. 111-XVI of May 11, 2006 on safe implementation of nuclear and radiological activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 98-101, of the Art. 451), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of ensuring high level of protection of health of the population, the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations of processing by ionizing radiation of products of different origin it (is applied).
2. Approve processing method by ionizing radiation of foodstuff and ingredients of different origin as the alternative, sample method which does not replace without fail the existing processing methods applied in different industries of national economy.
