In pursuance of part provisions (5) Article 23 and part (2) article 24 of the Law No. 215 of November 4, 2011 on frontier of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 76-80, the Art. 243) and according to Item 22 of the Regulations on Department of boundary police approved by the Order of the Government No. 434 of June 19, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 131-134, to the Art. 485), I ORDER:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for putting down of seal according to appendix No. 1;
Provision on establishment of the procedure of denial of entry to the Republic of Moldova and departure from it according to appendix No. 2.
2. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
