About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which regulate activities of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

According to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 15, 2011 No. 333 "About enhancement of accounting treatment for the certified court experts of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2011 for No. 1060/19798, such change:

Words "inquiries, pretrial and court investigation" shall be replaced with words "which perform investigation and search operations, bodies of pre-judicial investigation and court".

2. Approve Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regulating activities of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which are attached.

3. To chiefs of the State research expert and criminalistic center Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport to organize studying and to provide accomplishment of this order by employees of subordinate divisions.

4. (Krasyuk I. P.) to provide to the state research ekspertnokriminalistichesky center Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

5. This order becomes effective at the same time with the introduction in action of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
