According to Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National welfare fund" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of reference of the socially important and (or) industrial and innovative projects realized by National welfare fund or the organization entering into group of National welfare fund to low-profitable.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

1. These rules of reference of the socially important and (or) industrial and innovative projects realized by National welfare fund or the organization entering into group of National welfare fund to low-profitable are developed according to Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National welfare fund" and establish procedure for reference of the socially important and (or) industrial and innovative projects realized by National welfare fund (further – Fund) or the organization entering into group of National welfare fund (further – group of Fund), to low-profitable.
