About some questions of program implementation of development of monotowns for 2012 - 2020

According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2006 "About private entrepreneurship" and the Development program of monotowns for 2012 - 2020 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 24, 2012 No. 683 (further - the Program), the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of subsidizing of rate of remuneration on the credits / to leasing transactions of banks / leasing companies provided to subjects of private entrepreneurship, and also provision of support on development of production (industrial) infrastructure within the Program;

2) Rules of provision of state grants on creation of new productions within the Program.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
