Charter of Moldovagaz State concern

I. General provisions

1. The Moldovagaz state concern of Department of energy and fuel and energy resources (further - Concern) is formed by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 140 of May 18, 1994 as governing body of the Unified gas supply system of the Republic of Moldova.

2. The concern is legal entity and performs the activities independently, has accounts in banks, seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Moldova, trade name and service mark.

3. In the activities the Concern is guided by the laws, presidential decrees and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, Regulations on Department of energy and fuel and energy resources, and also this Charter.

4. The specialized enterprises performing transportation and supply with the natural and liquefied gas of consumers of the Republic of Moldova, construction and operation of the gas-carrying-out network according to appendix to the Charter are part of Concern.

5. The companies which are part of Concern are legal entities and keep the financial and economic independence. Their secession of Concern in connection with specific operating conditions of the Unified gas supply system is allowed only from the government authorization of the Republic of Moldova.
