1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for re-registration of certificates and certificates of the right to privileges of the single sample established by the Government of the USSR with certification of the combat veteran in the territory of other states and the disabled person of fighting in the territory of other states of national sample, and also withdrawal of certificates and certificates of the right to privileges in case of illegality of their issue;

forms of certificates of the combat veteran in the territory of other states of national sample;

form of the certificate of the disabled person of fighting in the territory of other states of national sample.

2. Determine the list of republican state bodies, other state bodies performing re-registration of certificates and certificates of the right to privileges of the single sample established by the Government of the USSR with certification of the combat veteran in the territory of other states and the disabled person of fighting in the territory of other states of national sample and also withdrawal of certificates and certificates of the right to privileges in case of illegality of their issue, according to appendix.

3. To the republican state bodies included in the list specified in Item 2 of this resolution:

provide re-registration of certificates and certificates of the right to privileges of the single sample established by the Government of the USSR with certification of the combat veteran in the territory of other states and the disabled person of fighting in the territory of other states of national sample;
