Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 1, 1996 N 27-FZ "About the individual (personified) accounting in system of mandatory pension insurance" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 14, Art. 1401; 2001, N 44, Art. 4149; 2003, N 1, Art. 13; 2008, N 18, Art. 1942; 2009, N 30, Art. 3739; N 52, of Art. 6454; 2010, N 49, Art. 6409; 2011, N 29, Art. 4291; N 45, of Art. 6335; N 49, of the Art. 7037, 7057) following changes:

1) in paragraph five of Article 1 of the word "in the amount of, determined proceeding from the cost of insurance year" shall be replaced with words "in the fixed size", to exclude the words "and territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance";

2) in Article 6:

a) in Item 2:

add with subitem 10.1 of the following content:

"10. 1) the periods of the work granting the right to early appointment of old-age pension according to subitems 1 - the 18th Item 1 of article 27 of the Federal Law of December 17, 2001 N 173-FZ "About work pensions in the Russian Federation" for which insurance premiums according to additional rates, the stipulated in Article 33.2 Federal Laws of December 15, 2001 N 167-FZ "About mandatory pension insurance in the Russian Federation" are paid;";
