In part four of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 13, 1996 No. 292 "About provision to legal entities of delay on debt repayment on taxes and penalty fee" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 23, Art. 566; 1998, No. 33, Art. 837; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 41, 1/9457; 2010, No. 188, 1/11855) of the word "the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus, regional, Minsk city Councils of deputies".
2. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
