About approval of Changes to the Procedure for application of tax pledge of the State Tax Service by bodies

According to Items 28 and 29 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of May 24, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of some tax regulations" and the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER to No. 4834-VI:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for application of tax pledge of the State Tax Service by bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 11, 2011 No. 1273, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 23, 2011 for No. 1339/20077, which are applied.

2. (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of repayment of tax debt of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Tarasenko V. O.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
