According to the Item "g" of part one of Article 15 and Article 19 of the Land code of Ukraine, Item "ґ" to part one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", the Regulations on the State agency of land resources of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 445, and the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, and for the purpose of ensuring accounting of lands by types of their purpose in the state land cadastre I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Classification of types of purpose of lands approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of July 23, 2010 No. 548, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on November 1, 2010 for No. 1011/18306, which are applied.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.
