1. Distribute between the third countries amounts of the additional tariff quotas specified in the Inventory concerning which for the period till December 31, 2012 the additional tariff quotas, and also amounts of the additional tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union, approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 13, 2012 N 217 "About inventories concerning which the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union", on import of separate types of agricultural goods to the territory of the Russian Federation as follows are established are inclusive established:

a) concerning meat of cattle, fresh or cooled (code of 0201 FEACN CU):

state members of the World Trade Organization (except state members of the European Union) 3,33 of one thousand tons;

b) concerning the refrigerated rolled meat of dunghill hens (FEACN CU code 0207 14 100 1):

state members of the European Union - 8 thousand tons;

other state members of the World Trade Organization - 2 thousand tons.

2. In Item 5 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 13, 2012 shall be replaced with words N 217 words "after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication" "on December 7, 2012".
