About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the questions concerning technical inspection of vehicles

2. Determine that the Item of 6 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

Realization of the powers established according to this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation within the number of employees of central office of the Ministry and budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the Ministry on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the questions concerning technical inspection of vehicles

1. In Rules of carrying out technical inspection of the vehicles approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 5, 2011 N 1008 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 50, the Art. 7397):

2. In Rules of carrying out technical inspection of the vehicles of urban land electric transportation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 N 1240 (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 3, the Art. 439):

a) state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. The vehicle concerning which the diagnostic card containing the conclusion about impossibility of its operation is issued is subject to the repeated technical inspection performed according to the procedure, provided by these rules, taking into account features, the stipulated in Clause 18 Federal Laws "About Technical Inspection of Vehicles and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".";

b) the appendix N 2 to the specified Rules to state in the following edition:
