1. These rules of certification and accounting of subjects to selection and genetic appointment on sites of the state forest fund (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 3-1 of Article 78 of the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003 and determine procedure for certification and accounting of subjects to selection and genetic appointment on sites of the state forest fund.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:
