About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of activities of appraisers and the estimative organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 21, 2003 No. 537

For the purpose of enhancement of normative and methodological base on development of estimative activities in the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of activities of appraisers and the estimative organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 21, 2003 No. 537 the following changes:

- in Item 1 of the word "State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on Management of State-owned Property" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- in paragraph three of Item 2 of the word "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- declare Item 3 invalid;

- in Provisional rules of activities of the appraisers and the estimative organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

to declare paragraph two of Item 3 invalid;

- in Regulations on Council for development of estimative activities under the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property approved by the above-stated resolution:

in the name and in all text of the word and abbreviation "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property", State Property Committee in different cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases;

in Item 2 of the word" (further - the State Property Committee)" to exclude;

paragraphs the third and fifth Item 4, paragraph two of Item 5 to recognize invalid;

in Item 6 of the word "chairman of the State Property Committee" shall be replaced with words "the deputy minister of economy".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
