About development of activities of appraisers and the estimative organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of creation of normative and methodological base on development and regulation of estimative activities in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine authorized body by development and regulation of estimative activities in the Kyrgyz Republic the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve enclosed:

- Provisional rules of activities of appraisers and the estimative organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Regulations on Council for development of estimative activities under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government KR of 03.12.2012 No. 807.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 17, 1997 No. 147 "About development of activities of independent appraisers of property in the Kyrgyz Republic";

- Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 21, 1998 No. 482 "About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning privatization and privatization";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 4, 2000 No. 472 "About structure of Council for property value assessment under Fund of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of economy, investments and state-owned property of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
