About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning the microprocessors made on engineering procedure no more than 32 nanometers and the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 16, 2012 No. 134

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3;

d) add additional notes of the Customs union to group 85 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 3 following of content:
