In the Regulations about cash cards approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 62 of February 24, 2005 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 36-38, 124), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 711 of September 24, 2009, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 1.2:

1) Concept "Cash card":
