About optimization of structure, activities of the Ministry of Justice and subordinated administrative authorities

The government DECIDES:

1. Transfer from subordination of Department of penal institutions to subordination of the Ministry of Justice the Central bureau of probation and its territorial subdivisions in number of 243 units.

2. Transfer to the Ministry of Justice, with the corresponding salary fund, according to the current legislation:

a) 2 units of personnel from Department of judicial administration;

b) 17 units of personnel from Department of penal institutions.

3. Dismissal of workers in case of impossibility of their transfer to perform according to the Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee and the existing labor law.

4. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix.

5. This Resolution becomes effective in day of publication, except for Item 1 of this Resolution and Items 6-8 of appendix which will become effective on January 1, 2013.
