2. Determine that the federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy approved and enacted in accordance with the established procedure before entry into force of this resolution are effective before their cancellation.

3. To the federal executive bodies performing state regulation of safety when using atomic energy to place within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution on the official sites on the Internet lists approved as them (belonging to their sphere of maintaining) the federal regulations and rules of use of atomic energy specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
