About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of ministerial procedures in the field of environmental management

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 "About hydrometeorological activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 9, 2/1190; 2009, No. 276, 2/1607) following changes and amendments:

1. To exclude from the paragraph of the sixteenth of Article 1 of the word "and included in the State register of producers of hydrometeorological information".
