Bring in the Procedure for confirmation by the customs authority located in the place of departure, actual commodity exportation from customs area of custom union, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 N 330 "About the Procedure for confirmation by the customs authority located in the place of departure, actual commodity exportation from customs area of custom union", changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 90 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2012 No. 282
