About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 1310 of October 31, 2003.

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Art. II of the Law No. 260 of December 19, 2011 on modification and amendments in the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549-XV of December 19, 2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 25-28, of the Art. 81) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 1310 of October 31, 2003. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for obtaining, accounting, storage, systematization and use of dactyloscopic information and List of the positions held by persons which are subject to obligatory dactyloscopic registration" (are applied).

2. To the ministries and organizations performing the state dactyloscopic registration in 10-day time after publication of this resolution to review departmental regulations for their reduction in compliance with its provisions.
