In pursuance of part (3) Item and) article 27 of the Law No. 61-XVI of March 16, 2007 on auditor activities (it is repeatedly published: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, 230) I ORDER to No. 72-75, of the Art.:
1. Approve:
1) Form of Information on observance of control procedures of quality of auditor works (appendix No. 1);
2) the Instruction about procedure for filling and submission of Information on observance of control procedures of quality of auditor works (appendix No. 2);
3) the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of the report on transparency of auditor society, the auditor - the individual entrepreneur (appendix No. 3).
2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
3. From the date of entry into force of this order to declare invalid the order No. 115 of December 26, 2008.
