About approval of rates of the notarial rate levied by private notaries for making of notarial actions and for rendering the services of legal and technical nature connected with their making

In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 1998 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: N7

1. Approve rates of the notarial rate levied by private notaries for making of notarial actions and for rendering the services of legal and technical nature connected with their making according to appendix.

The notarial rate from disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War for the certificate from their name of unilateral transactions, witnessing of copies (statements) of the documents issued on their name is not levied.

2. To the State Tax Committee together with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance till November 16, 1998 to analyze practice of application of rates of the notarial rate levied by private notaries for making of notarial actions and for rendering the notarial services connected with their making and if necessary to introduce relevant proposals in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Enact this resolution since October 1, 1998.
