1. Approve the enclosed rates for the notarial services of legal and technical nature rendered by private notaries.
The payment for the notarial services of legal and technical nature rendered by private notaries from disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War for the certificate from their name of unilateral transactions, witnessing of copies (statements) of the documents issued on their name is not levied.
In case of making of notarial actions in Sunday and holidays the corresponding services are paid in double size.
