According to Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the obligatory departmental reporting under checks in the field of implementation of the state control of subjects of private entrepreneurship in the field of the industry.
2. To committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Karibayev E. G.) provide:
1) placement of the order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) monthly to the 10th, following month under report and by January 20 of the year following after accounting year to publish aggregated data of the departmental reporting on the performed and their results, and also by areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing by the head of the last state body.
