Article 1

Article 1 after words of "emergency housing stock" to add 1) with words ", upgrade of systems of utility infrastructure";

2) in Article 2:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2) emergency housing stock - set of premises in the apartment houses recognized in accordance with the established procedure till January 1, 2012 emergency and subject to demolition or reconstruction in connection with physical wear in the course of their operation;";

b) in Item 3 of the word "and 86" shall be replaced with words ", 86, parts 2 and 3 of Article 88";
