About entering of amendments and changes into Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by railway transport public in the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by railway transport public in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 57 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 120, 8/18740; 2009, No. 214, 8/21402; 2010, No. 32, 8/21887), following amendments and changes:
1.1. third parts four of Item 3 to add the paragraph with the words "or to the corresponding authorized person which is in the train";
1.2. add item 4 with parts of the third or twelfth of the following content:
"Passengers are transported by sleeping (SV), compartment, couchette, general, sedentary cars of locomotive draft, and also motor cars (dizelpoyezda, electric trains).
Depending on the speed of movement and stops in settlements regional and interregional lines are subdivided into business class and economy class.
The cars intended for transportation of passengers in trains with enumerated places depending on the number of places in them and conditions of journey are subdivided into the following types (classes):
sedentary - without compartment with places for sitting with chairs and the central pass (3rd class);
