1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2011 No. 138 "About establishment for the population of rates for services in maintenance of apartment houses, the prices and rates for utilities and some measures for streamlining of calculations for these services" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 19, 5/33283; No. 88, 5/34244; No. 110, 5/34526; No. 123, 5/34695; 2012, No. 62, 5/35756; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.08. 2012, 5/36043) following changes:
in subitem 1.3 of Item 1:
in paragraph three of figure "60 140" to replace with figures "63 150";
to be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 to this resolution (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
