1. Establish for the population:
1.1. rate for services in maintenance of apartment houses in the amount of 500 rubles a month for 1 sq.m of total area of premises;
1.2. gas prices natural and liquefied according to appendix 1;
1.3. rates for utilities in the following sizes:
on electrical energy according to appendix 2;
on heat energy for needs of heating and hot water supply of the 75th 719, 6 rubles for 1 Gcal;
on cold water supply - 900 rubles for 1 cubic meter;
on the sewerage - 550 rubles for 1 cubic meter;
for use of elevators - 2200 rubles with one living in month;
1.4. No. 1300 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.09.2011
1.5. the prices (rates) for the housing and communal services providing full recovery of economically reasonable costs for their rendering according to appendix 3.
